Oh, the joys of summer!

Here we are in front of Children's Hospital of Milwaukee.
I think we will be visiting here often!!

One stormy night we decided to do pedicures.  This was Melia's idea of a foot soak!

She is learning to eat in her high chair, instead of laying flat on the floor.  This day, her brothers decided to have a little fun with their sister (note barrettes!)

That's right, by the end of the bottle, they had covered her whole head! The only thing I could do is laugh...she has many years of this in front of her I'm afraid!  :0)

Putting her feet in the sand is a big feat (see her curling toes?!)
This day though she decided she would try it, and behold, here she sits.  She even picked up the shovel and put some sand in the bucket.

We are so blessed!  This group of people came over one Sunday afternoon to pray over Melia.  The God in heaven above surely heard these prayers, for after a few minutes in prayer, a huge crack of thunder came pouring over our house!  These loved ones include:  my parents, Adam's parents, our Pastor and his wife, two of the elders in our church and Adam's grandpa and grandma.  We are so grateful to have each of these people in our lives!!

Melia's first wedding.  Gideon is holding her and trying to keep her attention so she didn't make funny faces to the crowd in back of us.  He did OK, until she squirmed her way out of his reach.

I LOVE THIS PICTURE!
Here Melia sits on top of a hill at Uncle Chuck's house, gorgeous view!

Melia went swimming in the pond at Uncle Chuck's house too.
This past weekend he held the Nelson family reunion.  Fun stuff!!
